i found the secure underground car parking very useful. my room included a decent sized bathroom. the breakfast was nice (especially the fresh pastries!). the staff seemed very friendly and cute to me.
the hotel sits on a main road, so there was some traffic noise.

I found a few hairs in the bathroom (one even on the toilet seat). It is unacceptable considering the room rates. The double room had two beds pushed together and not a single mattress. My comfort suffered. Staff were unhelpful providing tips about local services. They seemed rushed and imprecise.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful, always remembering me and my room number. the breakfast buffet offered a really good range of food. i particularly appreciated the hotel arranging a boxed breakfast for my early checkout and the night porter making me coffee. the location allowed easy access to nearby stores and restaurants.
the live music in the lobby extended until late, slightly disruptive one evening.
